To the Owners in Pelican Bay HOA

Paving is complete on Pelican Bay Drive. The striping is done by the City of Daytona Beach. Until this is complete we will not be issuing parking violations along the road.

We are very fortunate to have such wonderful volunteers for our committees. Pelican Post Committee has put together a terrific core group. They solicit ads and collect the money. The Post is funded by the advertisers. Then they put the Post together with articles and work their magic to fill the pages. Our A.R.C. has just been flawless processing requests on an average of 25 every two weeks. The committee spends a considerable amount of time making sure the request has met all the specifications of PBHOA. The Security Committee has been outstanding advising the master board on our latest selection of security company bids. The Board did not select the recommended company by the committee, however the committee had done all the homework on each bidder and passed that information on to the board members to make an educated selection. They are now deep into revitalizing the Post Orders that give our security people their marching orders. This is not an easy job, but the Committee is committed to cleaning up the Post Orders for better understanding of our rules in Pelican Bay.
